About the author

She Wrenches is authored by a female who operates heavy equipment and drives big trucks for a living.  After many years working in male dominated fields, she understands the struggles that accompany learning a discipline that isn't part of a typical "girls'" education.  During her many challenges, she sought help from old-timers and mechanics who were willing to teach a small-town Montana girl.  The rest of her knowledge comes from on the job training, a natural affinity for reading books, and from growing up in her father's mechanic shop.  Her navigating abilities are truly exceptional and believes that getting lost is all in good fun.  Because let's be real, it's the road traveled...not the destination that we seek.
